Patient Portal

For your convenience, we offer our patients the option of paying their bills online using our secure bill payment service through PayPal.  We accept all major credit cards (MC, Visa, Amex and Discover).  We do not accept FSA or HSA credit cards as payment at this time.  Your email receipt of payment can be submitted to your FSA or HSA account for reimbursement. 

 

If you would like to make a payment please enter the required information below and you will be directed to the secure PayPal site to check out with PayPal Credit or as a guest through PayPal Checkout. You do not need a PayPal account to make payment through the Patient Portal PayPal link.
