A partnership of two historic and well respected agencies. We were originally Walpole Area Visiting Nurses Association and Natick Visiting Nurse Association, founded in 1909 and 1899 respectively.

With over 100 years of professional and distinguished assistance to those in the community, both organizations were founded by a single trained nurse determined to provide for sick people unable to access healthcare services on their own. From this humble beginning, both organizations established a rich history of successfully providing support and healthcare for all those in need.

In 2018, the managing boards of the two Visiting Nurse Associations realized we could better serve our communities by joining forces. With the same founding principles of care and community support, it was the perfect match. The affiliation of the two organizations allowed us to build on the strengths and successes of our rich histories. We were able to grow into a stronger new entity continuing to focus on expanding the impact of our services, and most importantly improving the health of the communities we serve.
